To work for us as a Care Assistant you need to have:
A desire to support elderly members of our community and a kind, caring natureGreat communication skillsA valid driving licence and your own carThe right to work in the UKThe ability to travel to and from our clients in St Albans, Harpenden, Radlett and surrounding villages To be a Care Assistant at Home Instead you do NOT need you to have experience of working in care or qualifications. We will provide all the training you'll need to feel confident when caring for our wonderful clients.
