We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a new specialist team of Care Professionals providing clinical care at Home Instead Sheffield & Barnsley to lead the way as part of our new Service - Healthcare at Home. Whilst care experience is of benefit, we are recruiting based on values and personality finding individuals who are 'the right fit' is our main priority for these roles.

As a Healthcare at Home Care Professional you will visit the homes of Older Adults and Adults to provide a range of services which enable them to live independently.
