Home Instead is looking for a compassionate and dedicated person to provide exceptional care to support to our clients and team in Sleaford and surrounding the area.
As a CAREPro, you will play a key role in helping our clients live safely and independently in their own homes. Your job would be interesting and varied involving supervising and
supporting our team of CAREPro providing an on-call service for clients
Responsibilities:
Being a lead within your field in Sleaford area for our teamProviding personal care, companionship, and home help to clientsAssisting with activities of daily livingPreparing meals and light housekeeping tasksBuilding meaningful relationships with clients and their familiesTo work along side with everyone in our company to make positive decisions along the wayRequirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a DBS ( that we provide )A compassionate and caring demeanorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in healthcare or caregiving Why you should work for us:

Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards.
Driving license is an advantage and access to a vehicle due to the location of this position which will include all areas the company covers.
A good standard of computer skills.
