We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Melksham, United Kingdom. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction to clientsAssist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light houseworkAccompany clients to appointments or on shopping tripsProvide personal care, including support with bathing, showering, and dressingEnsure clients maintain their dignity and independenceCollaborate with other care team members to deliver consistent, high-quality careMaintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care managerAdapt to clients' changing needs and preferencesParticipate in ongoing training and development programmesAdhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies No prior experience required - full training will be providedGenuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people's livesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathetic and patient naturePhysical stamina to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining accurate care recordsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsClean driving licence preferred (but not essential)Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checkCommitment to ongoing learning and professional development If you're looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and have a high-degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs, we would love to hear from you.
