About the Role:
As a Care Professional at Home Instead Perth, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to individuals who need support with everyday tasks, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and offer emotional support to clients in your local community.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing personal care (e.g. dressing, bathing, and grooming)Assisting with mobility and physical activitiesOffering companionship and emotional supportHelping with light housekeeping and meal preparationSupporting medication reminders and managing appointmentsPromoting clients' independence, dignity, and respectWho We're Looking For:
Previous experience in care is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be providedA kind and compassionate nature with a desire to make a positive impactStrong communication skills and reliabilityA willingness to learn and follow care plansAbility to work independently and as part of a supportive teamA valid driving licence and access to a vehicle What We Offer:
