About this role
What You'll Do:
Provide a safe and secure environment for clients throughout the night
Support with personal care, medication, and routines as needed
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the day team
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
Promote dignity, independence, and choice at all times

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – we provide full training)
A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to work night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis)
