Provide attentive care and support to clients addressing their individual needs in their own homesAssist clients with personal care tasks, including toileting and mobility supportMonitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionalsMaintain a safe and comfortable environment for clientsRespond promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situationsAdminister medications as prescribed and maintain accurate recordsOffer emotional support and reassurance to our clientsPerform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized living spaceAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Care Assistant although not essential as full training is givenStrong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathetic and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help othersAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in various situationsBasic first aid knowledgeFlexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedulesAttention to detail in maintaining accurate records and following care plansValid UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposesRight to work in the UKPrevious care experience is helpful but not required – we’ll get to know you and provide full training so you feel confident in your role.
