About this role
As a carer for our clients, you will support with the following:
Supporting clients with daily task, such as companionship and home helpAssisting clients with a verity of personal support.Support them to travel to routine appointments and days outPrompt/support them to take their medication(s)Build a supporting relationship with clients and their wider familyDocument when you have completed your tasksProvide feedback to support the client’s ongoing person-centred care Have a caring natureGreat communication skillswillingness to make a difference in someone's lifeA can-do attitude and strong work ethicFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleWork as part of a team but also complete lone workingGreat time keeping Have a caring natureGreat communication skillsRefer a friend scheme - £250 willingness to make a difference in someone's lifeA can-do attitude and strong work ethicFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleWork as part of a team but also complete lone workingGreat time keepingPlease send over your CV.
