Duties of a Live in Care Professional
Provide 24/7 live-in care support 1 week in 4Personal Care – washing, dressing, personal careCompanionshipActivities – doing fun things together, hobbies and staying activeCooking healthy and nutritious food – also grocery shoppingMedication – collecting prescriptions, administration of medicationHome help such as cleaning – ensuring their home is tidy and spotlessAccompany to social events and appointments, seeing family, friends etc Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality careGood communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and familiesReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyAbility to follow instructions, care plans, and safeguarding procedures
