All new Care Assistants complete 2 days of training to prepare for their role, followed by ongoing support and development. You’ll also receive specialist training, including dementia care, to help you grow and deliver the highest quality care.

Experience in live-in careExperience with personal care, medication support, and companionshipAbility to provide home help support (meals, light housekeeping)Experience supporting clients with various health conditions, including dementia and Alzheimer’sConfident using care equipment such as hoists and other mobility aids 👐 What You’ll Be Doing:
Personal Care & Daily Tasks: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, medication reminders, and mobilityComfort & Well-being: Deliver care respectfully, maintain privacy, monitor health, and enhance clients’ quality of lifeCompanionship & Emotional Support: Provide friendly interaction, engage in activities, and reduce lonelinessPromoting Independence: Encourage clients to do tasks they can manage, support safe mobility, and foster self-confidence at home 📋 Qualifications:
