Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential.Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicleBasic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
