What You’ll Do:
Support older adults across West Exeter & Teignbridge in their own homes
Offer friendly companionship and emotional reassurance
Help with meal prep, light housework, errands and personal care
Assist with washing, dressing, medication reminders and mobility support
Make a positive, lasting difference to someone's day — every day
What You’ll Get:
£13.31 to £20.42 per hour
Higher rates apply for those with NVQ Level 3 and for bank holiday shifts
Paid waiting time between visits
Mileage paid at 40p per mile
Flexible, part-time hours that fit around your lifestyle
Full, paid training – no prior experience needed

You’ll Need To:
Be a driver with access to your own car
Have a kind, reliable nature
Be comfortable supporting with personal care
Be available for part-time weekday and/or evening hours
