About this role
To provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their own homes, supporting them with daily activities, personal care, companionship, and maintaining independence. This role will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and engaged in their communities. We are specifically looking for Care Professionals, Care Assistants, Carers & Domiciliary Care Workers in the Loughborough area to support clients around Charnwood.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) and daily living activitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportSupport clients with mobility, medication prompts, and light household tasksFollow care plans and communicate any changes in clients’ needs to the officeMaintain accurate records and complete any required documentation (e.g., visit notes, incident forms)Work safely and adhere to all company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety proceduresAttend training sessions, refresher courses, and meetings as requiredRequirements
A caring and compassionate natureMust be based in Charnwood or surrounding areas, with your own vehicle for travel to clients with the ability to get Business Motor InsuranceFlexible and reliableWillingness to undertake the in house Home Instead training providedExcellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clientsPrevious care experience is desirable but not essential
