Morning & Evening shifts: 8am–12am & 4pm - 8pm

Home Instead Harlow is recruiting Morning & Evening Care Assistants, Support Workers, HCAs and Home Carers to support older adults with their evening routines – helping them feel safe, comfortable and cared for in their own homes.
This role is ideal if you’re balancing study, childcare, another job, or simply prefer working evenings.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide calm, reassuring support during the evening, including:
Personal care (washing, toileting, getting ready for bed)Medication prompts and mobility supportPreparing light meals, drinks and snacksCompanionship and friendly conversationSupporting clients to feel settled and safe overnightWriting short care notes after each visitOccasionally supporting clients with social visits or appointmentsNo rushed calls – we allow time for quality care.
Pay & Benefits
