What You'll Do
As a Care Professional, you'll provide personalised support that helps our clients live safely and independently at home. Duties may include:
Companionship and building meaningful relationshipsPersonal care with dignity and respectMeal preparation and light household supportMedication remindersShopping, appointments and errandsSupporting hobbies, activities and social outingsPromoting independence and wellbeingEvening Availability Required
This role is specifically for individuals who can work evenings between 2:00pm and 10:00pm.
We are particularly interested in applicants who can provide regular evening availability and work every other weekend.

What We Offer
