About this role
We are seeking experienced, compassionate and proactive Live-In Carers to support clients living in some of the most picturesque parts of South Devon.
We proudly offer £1050 per week (£150 a day) plus a daily food allowance - significantly above standard live-in care rates. Plus:

Proven experience in live-in care A compassionate, reliable, and professional approachConfidence working independently in a live-in environmentAbility to build strong, trusting relationshipsStrong understanding of person-centred careFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferredKey Responsibilities
Providing companionship and emotional supportAssisting with personal careSupporting with medicationPreparing nutritious mealsCompleting general household dutiesSupporting clients with outings and appointmentsRecording daily activities and reporting changes in wellbeing using our care appMaintaining regular communication with your line manager and office teamRecognising and escalating concerns appropriately to ensure client safety and wellbeing
A minimum of two years' experience in live-in care is preferredExperience supporting people living with dementia is highly desirableMust have the Right to Work in the UKIdeally hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicleConfident using a mobile app for care documentation and communicationAn enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service would be advantageous
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and proof of Right to Work in the UK.
