What will you be doing?
Every client is different, so no two days are exactly the same. Your role may include:
Providing companionship and conversationHelping clients with everyday activitiesSupporting with light household tasksHelping clients maintain their independenceAccompanying clients on outings or appointmentsOffering practical and emotional supportBuilding genuine, trusting relationships with regular clientsSometimes, the most important thing you’ll do is simply sit down, have a cup of tea and listen to someone’s stories.

You don’t need qualifications or previous experience in care. What matters most is your personality and your desire to help others.
