As a home carer for our clients, you will support with the following:
Supporting clients with daily task, such as companionship and home helpAssisting clients with a verity of personal support.Support them to travel to routine appointments and days outPrompt/support them to take their medication(s)Build a supporting relationship with clients and their wider familyDocument when you have completed your tasksProvide feedback to support the client’s ongoing person-centred care Have a caring natureGreat communication skillswillingness to make a difference in someone's lifeA can-do attitude and strong work ethicFull UK driving licence and access to your own private vehicleWork as part of a team but also complete lone workingGreat time keepingNo prior care experience is needed - full training will be provided Home Instead Northwich & Knutsford is a leading provider of in home care services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.
You don't need to have a background in care, just a desire to help others as all training is provided!
All we do ask is that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport. You will also need to live within 15 miles of Northwich.
