About this role
We are looking for bubbly, chatty caring people to join our team of Care Assistant's to support our growing client base across Wotton-under-Edge, Thornbury, Dursley and all the surrounding areas.
Ideally, we would be looking for Care Assistant's who can work mornings or evenings due to our current client needs, but we are open to other availability.
At Home Instead, we do things differently. We believe care should never be rushed, and relationships should be at the heart of everything we do. That’s why our visits are always at least one hour long, giving you the time to provide truly personal, quality care.
As a Care Assistant with us, every day is different, but your role will include:
Providing companionship and emotional supportPreparing meals and helping with daily routinesAssisting with medication and personal careSupporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a strokeAssisting with clinical needs, such as changing compression stockings or supporting with catheter careSome of the benefits of becoming a Care Assistant with us:
