Licensed Practical Nurse/Clinical Coordinator - Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions available.
Works in the office doing clinical work and answering phone call from patients and their families, nursing agencies, hospitals and other medical providers. Process orders given by the providers. This position may also go out with the providers to perform vitals and assist the provider on the home visits to our patients.
Experience in Nursing Home setting a plus, Front and Back office experience a plus, Knowledge of medical terminology, Valid Drivers License with valid insurance a must. Clinical knowledge, Basic patient care, vital signs, able to draw labs a plus but not required.
