• Able to established operational procedures. • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office administration in all aspects. • Implementing procedures to be followed in order to optimize maximum productivity. • Work with clients as well employees to implement strategic and operational recommendations. • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office administration in all aspects. • Responsible for hiring, terminations, performance evaluations and compensation recommendations for direct reports. • Responsible for training, coaching & motivating our team. • Manage the team by dividing tasks and responsibilities in a transparent and consistent manner that ensures the best workflow. • Able to draw business plans and follow. • Ensure that all departments meet project quarterly revenue goals through motivating employees • Other duties as may be assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years’ experience managing office environment; including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Well organized, highly motivated, professional Leadership and detail oriented in all aspects • Strategic Thinker & Problem Solver • Business Savvy • Communication skills, as well strong interpersonal skills both oral and written • Candidate should have knowledge of human resource tasks, a range of management and administrative duties, as well as sales and finance experience to lead a group of employees.
