About this role
Translate commercial briefs into tangible products by co-creating product briefs, negotiating with factories, and steering the production process. You are the linchpin in achieving the 14-day production turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
Brief Co-creation: Co-create product briefs together with the Commercial Lead based on trend data and commercial needs.Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with factories on prices, timelines, and quality standards to secure the 14-day lead time.Production Steering: Curate samples and steer the production process to ensure timely delivery.Logistics: Oversee product delivery and logistics to ensure products hit the market on time.Key KPIs:
Added topline sales.Number of product drops delivered.Impuls products go-in margin. Extensive experience in product development and production.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships under tight deadlines.Deep understanding of garment manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain logistics.
