Daily responsibilities for our Non CDL Delivery Drivers include:
Report to the warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadoutSafely drive and operate a company-provided vehicle at all timesLoad and unload the delivery vehicle at the warehouse and along your routeUse a handheld device to navigate your assigned delivery route efficientlyComplete all deliveries in a timely and professional mannerLift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout your delivery shiftAdapt to varying weather conditions while maintaining safe driving practicesKeep your delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in proper working conditionCommunicate clearly with your dispatcher throughout the daySupport fellow drivers when needed — we are a team, and we look out for each otherRepresent HK Logistics with professionalism and a positive attitude during every delivery interaction.Delivery Driver Benefits At HK Logistics, we take care of our drivers. Here is what you will need to join our team as a Non CDL Delivery Driver:
Must be at least 21 years of age (required for commercial vehicle insurance compliance)Must hold a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's licenseNo CDL required — this is a Delivery Driver, no CDL positionMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checkClean motor vehicle record required (multiple violations may disqualify applicants)Must be available and open to working weekendsStrong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)No CDL? No problem. We welcome non CDL drivers and candidates new to professional delivery roles.
