Operations:
Knowledge to create Import files.Understand and use the Transcon DDL workflow and other tools to ensure shipments have the proper events in the files.Ensure to request appointments for shipments delivering to Consignees that need one if no appointment is needed.SFS/CVC no APREnsure to update appointment once confirmed.APR no APTEnsure to update Expected Delivery date for shipments that do not need appointment based on arrival.ADD/AFD no EDL/APTDispatch shipments timely based on arrival and appointment.APT/RDL no ESDTBS/DOP no ESDGPS loads and truck monitoringEnsure all paperwork, seals and GPS units are assigned prior to GPS shipments being picked up.Ensure all HAWB’s and shipments are loaded on the correct trucksAdherence to procedures as outlined in DLSOPS for customers.Escalation of problems to Management when necessary.Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures.Must meet 52 hours of training yearly.Culture:

Six months to one year related experience in Domestic operations.Operations/Industry Knowledge preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsA proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levelsExcellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional attitudeGreat attitude and background based on compliments from customers and coworkersStrong MS Office skills including Excel, and OneNote Expeditors offers excellent benefits:
