Responsibilities:Help secure a safe environment for employees and visitorsHave excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiativeExhibits a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with customers, staff and visitorsWorks with the public who visit centers by greeting customers/guestsProvide basic onsite customer service, including receiving and distributing specified documentsSecures in-office premises and personnel by patrolling office space, inspects rooms and equipmentAdheres to company customer service and operating standardsEnsures smooth foot traffic flow by directing customers to appropriate areas and identify any irregularitiesRemoves disruptive customers and/or be a point of contact for 911/police and/or emergencyChallenge unauthorized visitors and escort them to appropriate exits, rooms or classesEnforces order and regulations for the facilityImmediately responds to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customersAssist with support of front deskProtect the companys assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issuesFollow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigationsResponds to manager and/or employee requests to intervene with difficult personnel/customersMaintains safety by walking halls and observing behavior of othersPerform COVID-19 Health & Safety screening and protocols for all persons entering the facilityContributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasksPerforms other duties as assigned High school diploma or GED
Computer knowledge and ability, comfortable using MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of security operations and procedures, Security experience and license preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
Overnight Shift - 11:30pm to 8:30am
