We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our Bellingham clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in upper‑extremity rehabilitation who values evidence‑based practice, patient‑centered care, and professional growth.
Evaluate and treat patients with upper‑extremity injuries and conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findingsProvide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, and patient educationDocument patient progress and maintain accurate clinical recordsCommunicate with referral sources, case managers, and the clinical teamParticipate in continuing education and specialty skill development Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credentialGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) programWashington State PT or OT license (or license‑eligible)Strong manual therapy and splinting skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesCommitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered careExperience with return‑to‑work cases preferred What we offer:
