What You'll Do:
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play an essential role in helping patients achieve their functional goals by:
Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plansFabricating and fitting custom splints based on patient diagnosesProviding evidence-based interventions to improve upper extremity function and independence in daily activitiesMonitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as neededMaintaining accurate and timely documentationCollaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient careEducating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and equipmentEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapy programCurrent state of Florida licenseCPR certificationOutgoing, compassionate, and patient-focused personalityA strong desire to learn and grow in a specialty practice Why Join The Hale Hand Center?
