We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PRN Physical Therapist.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findingsReview physician referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapyDeliver direct patient care following established protocols and best‑practice guidelinesDocument evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely mannerOversee care provided by PT assistants and rehab techniciansEstablish goals and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs to achieve themCommunicate clearly with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance representativesComplete required reporting, including workers’ compensation updates and incident documentation Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current or upcoming Physical Therapy state of MI license and CPR certificationAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office, What You’ll Get:
