Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findingsDeliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and adjust treatment plans as neededDocument evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partnersOversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation techniciansComplete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent or upcoming Michigan PT licenseAbility to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office What We Offer
