What we are looking for: Metro is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Speech Therapist to work in an ALF/Memory Care setting who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Qualifications
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey or eligible.Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEPMandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications (live course)
