What we are looking for: ProCare continues to grow and we are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Altoona, PA. Treatment setting will include outpatient and Early Intervention. Caseload demographics include: Aphasia, Dysphagia, Pediatrics, Cognitive Communication Disorders, AAC use, etc.
ProCare is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Speech Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP.
