In this position you will be responsible for:
Researching initial zoning requirements for propertiesPrepare zoning reportsResearch and analyze zoning ordinancesCommunicate ordinance requirements to managementPrepare presentationsAttend pre-application meetings with various municipalitiesPrepare site plans
Requirements for this position are as followed:
Expertise in AutoCADKnowledge of Photoshop and illustrator is a plus
