About this role
The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the project. This role focuses on reviewing and verifying shop drawings, coordinating effectively with project stakeholders, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure that installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The position requires a professional with proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to drive seamless integration of MEP works into the overall project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Review design & work permit (methods, Shop drawing, etc.)Site inspectionProject control / Monitor Progress and QualityStakeholder management for MEP related worksEnsure Compliance with Codes and StandardsReport and Document Findings Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineeringMinimum3 years of experience in site-based projectExperience with project supervisionDetail-Oriented – Able to review shop drawings and site work meticulously to ensure accuracy and complianceProactive – Anticipates potential issues and takes initiative to resolve them before they impactStrong Communicator – Clearly conveys technical information and coordinates effectivelyAnalytical Thinker – Capable of assessing MEP works and making sound decisions quicklyTeam Player with Leadership Skills – Works collaboratively while guiding contractorsAdaptable and Calm Under Pressure – Maintains composure and problem-solvingIntegrity and Accountability – Upholds safety, quality, and ethical standards consistentlyWilling to work on Site Tabang, Kalimantan with rosterPOH : Balikpapan Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
