Perform as the commission manager ensuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on timeensuring service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointmentStrong relationships are developed with clients and cross-functional team membersWork as an effective team member within the context of delivering a specific commissionKey information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retainedPreparing Project Management reports.Interfacing with the client and other Project Managers, at all project stagesWorking with Senior Project Manager, Associate Directors and Directors to construct proposals for new work or variations for existing projectsIdentifying opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates and products referring ideas to the appropriate line managerIdentifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issuesEstablishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout projectProject planning, including producing the detailed project planAdvising upon the procurement of resourcesLeading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project teamMonitoring and applying performance management techniquesManaging the change control processMonitoring and advising upon project financesManaging the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsQuality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO auditsOversee and coordinate all CSA-related activities from design through construction and commissioning.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international best practices.Lead procurement and contract administration for CSA scopes.Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural Engineering, architecture, or a related field5-10 years of project management experience, with 3-5+ years in CSA coordination for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects is preferredStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with international standards and local building codesPMP or equivalent certification is an advantageExperience in the consulting realm is a plusEnglish communication skills Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
