Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects within the aviation sector. The role requires strong leadership in managing construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards across complex builds.
Key Responsibilities
Construction oversight: Lead site execution, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to design specifications.Schedule management: Develop and monitor construction schedules, proactively addressing delays.Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Risk management: Identify and mitigate construction-related risks. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects.Proven track record in aviation or transport-related projects is highly desirable.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
