About this role
We are seeking an experienced CSA Superintendent to lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural field operations on a major industrial construction project. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong scheduling, quality, and safety focus in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Oversee all on-site CSA work – earthwork, foundations, structural steel, concrete, roofing, façades, and architectural finishesEnforce strict safety protocols; lead daily toolbox talks and site inspectionsDevelop and maintain schedules; track daily progress and implement recovery plans when neededEnsure all work meets IFC drawings, specs, and quality standards; witness key inspections per ITPCoordinate closely with MEP/process trades to manage interfaces and avoid conflictsServe as primary field liaison between owner, design team, PM, and subcontractorsPrepare daily logs, weekly progress reports, and photo documentationMonitor field costs, labor productivity, and subcontractor performance against budget Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade background15+ years of construction supervision experience, with minimum 10 years on industrial/large-scale projects, semi-conductor projects experience preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressureFluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
