About this role
Role Overview
You will play a key role as a Project Manager for data center and logistics development projects in Hokkaido, a rapidly growing and dynamic market. You will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end, from planning through execution to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
Experience in overall schedule managementExperience in quality control in constructionExperience in safety management at construction sitesExperience in developing construction schedulesStrong information‑gathering skills (communication skills)Strong meeting facilitation skills主な業務内容
・プロジェクトの計画立案から実行・完遂までの統括管理
・全体スケジュールの策定および進捗管理
・建設における品質管理の推進
・施工現場における安全管理の監督
・施工工程（スケジュール）の作成および最適化
・関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じた情報収集ならびに課題解決
・会議のファシリテーションおよび関係者との合意形成
