岗位职责
为项目现场制定、实施并监督EHS政策与流程确保项目符合安全法规及EHS标准开展风险评估、安全审计及事故调查工作主导安全培训、班前安全交底及安全宣传活动监督承包商安全绩效，并督促落实整改措施为项目相关方编制EHS报告及文件资料Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies and procedures at project sitesEnsure project compliance with safety regulations and EHS standardsConduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigationsLead safety training, pre-shift safety briefings, and safety awareness campaignsMonitor contractor safety performance and drive the implementation of corrective actionsPrepare EHS reports and documentation for project stakeholders 任职要求
环境工程、职业安全或相关专业本科及以上学历拥有工业或建筑项目领域至少5年EHS相关工作经验熟悉EHS法规及行业实践持有安全管理相关认证者优先具备良好的沟通协调能力Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial or construction project settingsSolid knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practicesRelevant safety management certifications preferredStrong communication and coordination skills Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
