Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple FM projects with accountability for project delivery, performance, budget, schedule, quality, and riskOversee project management processes and operational/commercial delivery across JapanMonitor financial performance, KPIs, risks, billing, and AR collectionBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomesDefine project scope, budget, resources, schedules, and risk mitigation plansManage project procurement activities, including RFPs, bid evaluations, and vendor selectionImplement project governance, documentation control, reporting, and change management processesTrack project progress and resolve issues to ensure delivery against objectives, budget, and timelinesLead project meetings and maintain stakeholder communicationManage third-party project delivery teams and support team development when required Education
Bachelor's degree in a technical or industry-related disciplineAPMP, LEED, RICS, or equivalent project management qualification preferredSkills & Knowledge
English communication skills (fluent preferred)Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS ProjectAbility to read and interpret architectural drawingsKnowledge of construction practices, contracts, and leasesStrong understanding of Mechanical & Electrical EngineeringFinancial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilitiesExperience working in international and matrix-based environmentsExperience
Proven experience managing FM projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeoutExperience delivering multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing direct, indirect, and third-party resourcesStrong customer relationship management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with broader operational teamsExperience delivering projects within manufacturing or industrial environments Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
