About this role
As a Senior Project Manager within Turner and Townsend's Principal Delivery team, you will play a key role in delivering projects end-to-end, moving beyond traditional consultancy into true project ownership. You will be part of an integrated delivery team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects—from design and procurement through to construction and handover.

Lead the delivery of construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completionManage programme, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project outcomesCoordinate design, procurement, and construction activities within an integrated delivery modelAct as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycleManage contractor and supplier performance, driving accountability and high standards of deliverySupport procurement strategies, including engagement with supply chain partners Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolutionEnsure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, timelines, and budget expectationsContribute to continuous improvement and standardisation across project deliverySkills & Experience
Proven experience in project management within construction, ideally in commercial office fit-out or similar sectorsStrong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, and construction deliveryDemonstrated commercial awareness, including budget management and cost controlExperience managing contractors and working with supply chainsAbility to manage risk, make decisions, and operate effectively in fast-paced environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
Degree-qualified in construction, project management, or a related disciplineWorking towards or holding a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM, or similar) is desirableCan speak, write and read in both French and English.
