Taking off Quantification from AutoCAD Drawings of all the MEP packagesRegular site visit and joint Measurement at site for the work doneCertify Contractor’s bills with reference to Work OrdersTracking & preparing reconciliation of materialsQuantity reconciliation and trackingPreparation of BOQs of various MEP packagesKnowledge about Kolkata market rates of Labour & MaterialsPreparation of Rate Analysis of various itemsGood communication both voice and write.Enthusiastic and ready to handle independently multiple works at a timeSoft-skills competencies Qualification : B.E/B.tech/Diploma (Electrical Engineering)
Experience : 5 to 7 years in QS Work
