We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead, LNG to join our organization in Calgary, Canada. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful execution and delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects from conception through completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines and budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet our organization's quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position demands a decisive, detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of large-scale energy projects while maintaining operational excellence.
Lead end-to-end delivery of LNG projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parametersDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesManage stakeholder communications and expectations across internal teams, clients, and external partnersOversee team performance, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative delivery environmentMonitor project progress through key performance indicators and provide regular status updates to senior leadershipEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies throughout project lifecycleCoordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to optimize project executionIdentify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiencyManage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and timely completionConduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement 7+ years of experience in project or program delivery management within the energy sector5+ years of direct experience with LNG operations, development, or capital projectsProven track record leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-million dollar projectsStrong knowledge of LNG industry standards, processes, and regulatory frameworksDemonstrated expertise in project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocationAdvanced proficiency in project management tools and softwareExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressureStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesPreferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentPreferred: Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologiesPreferred: Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processesPreferred: Familiarity with risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs.
The base salary range for this role is $242K - 422K CAD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
