As a Senior Accountant at Trucordia, you will report to your account manager as you make leadership and management decisions, problem-solve independently, and resolve arising issues for your teams. Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting financial information' providing timely, accurate, and useful information to management for review and decision makingWorking with Principles to communicate and manage financial goals/deadlines for month-end processesPerforming full balance sheet reconciliation, including substantiation, for monthly close work papersConsolidating multi-company financial statements with variance analysisSupporting other accounting staff in the creation of annual auditsFacilitate collaboration between staff and junior accountants to ensure deadlines are metInterpreting data and identifying trends to influence projects and escalate issuesPerforming revenue reconciliation to carrier and client agreements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or 4+ years of related experienceProficiency in general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entriesExperience with month-end and year-end closing processesStrong Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas)Ability to analyze financial data and prepare standard financial reportsExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skillsStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining integrity and confidentiality Please see our company Benefits:
