Positive attitude; coachable, professional, and goal-orientedStrong time management skills with the ability to maintain required stops per hour and make real-time adjustmentsAbility to troubleshoot and navigate complex delivery situations, including gated access, apartments, multi-location stops, customer instructions, and address discrepanciesStrong attention to safety, detail, planning, and delivery quality proceduresReliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervisionAbility to lift and carry packages up to 85 lbs. repeatedly, including bending, twisting, walking, climbing stairs, and remaining active for the full duration of the route
💰 Compensation & Benefits

Safely deliver up to 350–450 packages across 200+ stops per day during high-volume periodsOperate an Amazon-branded delivery van safely and professionallyFollow all driving, safety, and delivery procedures at all timesProvide positive and highly professional delivery experience for every customerPerform intense physically demanding work for 8–9 hours per dayCommunicate effectively with leadership regarding route progress, challenges, or safety concerns
