Proactive follow‑up on actual progress, recovery actions and forecasted milestones.Clear communication and follow‑up with the Shipyard PM and executing foremen.Participate in daily and weekly meetings and process updates based on firsthand information. High level of spoken and written English.Spoken and written Chinese.Strong communication skills.Familiarity with professional planning programs, such as MS Project.Experience in shipbuilding, maritime/offshore, construction or equivalent.Available for 2‑3 months in Rizhao.Available to start as soon as possible.
