About this role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will work as part of our fantastic and highly skilled in-house Securities Team. Supporting all stages of the conveyancing process from pre- contract to completion, you will be reviewing and processing requests related to loan security both from internal and external parties across our Commercial and Residential loans. The Securities Team is responsible for mitigating risk and group exposure prior to loan approval by validating the proposal, together with the sustainability and enforceability of the loan post decision.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, we are looking for someone to:
Review, assess and process title documentation and make recommendations within company SLA'sDevelop an effective working relationship with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the customer’s needs are met throughout the journeyEffectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure security remains effective in all casesMake sure the company security related records are kept up to date Candidates with the following skills will be of particular interest:
Prior Conveyance experienceStrong knowledge of Property titles and Land Registration proceduresCommercial Property experienceLegal experience relating to propertyAnalytical/problem solving skillsEffective communications skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Strong organisation skillsIf you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
