TJIII LLC, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for motivated, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
As a Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. We provide a company vehicle and paid training, so you can focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.
No personal vehicle required!

Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
Deliver approximately 250–350 packages per shift, depending on the assigned route.
Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Use a handheld device for navigation, routing, and delivery instructions.
Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Navigate residential and commercial delivery routes.
Follow assigned delivery schedules and instructions.
Work safely in varying weather and road conditions.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Basic Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must be comfortable driving for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality are required.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous driving experience of 1–2 years is preferred but not required.
