Tiedemann Advisors is looking for an Analyst to join our Operations Team. The Analyst will be responsible for processing accurately and timely our core back office operational functions while partnering with internal colleagues to support the Firm’s clients. The Analyst will also identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures as the firm continues to grow.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with the Firm’s custodians and internal Client Service and Operations Teams to execute requests with appropriate urgency and accuracyFocus on continually improving operational efficiencies and controlsProcessing and reconciliation of cashiering requestsCommunication and processing with external fund managersProcessing and reconciliation of directed tradingProcess high volumes and execute against operational queues with high degree of accuracyEfficiently and clearly communicate with management to provide relevant updates and escalate items as appropriate Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 3 – 4 years’ experience within financial servicesExperience within an operations role or office environment a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize, be exceptionally organized, and have extreme attention to detailDesire to work within a collaborative, fast paced team environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint Applications are strongly encouraged from candidates reflecting diverse educational, cultural, and experiential backgrounds.
