Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tablescapes, décor, signage, and service stationsSupport event execution, ensuring timelines and service standards are metProvide warm, professional guest service throughout eventsAssist with food and wine service, including passing trays and maintaining presentation standardsCoordinate with internal teams (culinary, tasting room, operations) to ensure smooth event flowMaintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after eventsHelp manage event inventory, including glassware, linens, and suppliesAnticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance the overall experience Previous events experience in a restaurant, winery or hospitalty environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA polished and professional demeanorBasic wine knowledge or a willingness to learnResponsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain)Working Conditions
Primarily on-site at the winery and event venuesRequires evening, weekend, and holiday availabilityAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsFast-paced, physically active environmentCombination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsPay Range: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
