Sunday - 7am - 4:30pmMonday - 11am - 8:30pmTuesday - 5:45am - 3:15pm Wednesday - 7am - 4:30pmThursday - 7am - 4:30pmAs our Apparel Manager, you'll lead the Clothing, Footwear, and Accessories department, making sure customers can find what they want, when they want it.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll:
Lead, coach and develop your team, with a clear focus on building future leadersApply visual merchandising guides to keep the department looking sharp and on-brandKeep stock well presented and available, including making sure the right sizes are on the shelfReview sales and profit performance weekly and adjust your approach to hit targetsBuild a sales-focused culture through regular coaching and feedbackKeep the stockroom organised so your team can find and restock items quicklyMake sure Click & Collect orders are picked accurately and on timeSupport a safe working environment and help maintain audit standardsPitch in with store opening and closing, and occasionally take charge of the whole storeSome days you'll be setting up next season's range, other days you're coaching a team member, digging into sales numbers, or sorting a stock issue before the doors open. It's a role that keeps you on your toes.
